Diane Cowley, potter
My name is Diane Cowley, and pottery has interested me all my life. My passion for pottery peaked when my husband and I moved to Denver early in 2001. I started taking pottery lessons, and once I started taking classes I was hooked. For four years, Christine Katzenberg in Denver was my instructor. Since then a variety of selected workshops have furthered my knowledge and skills.
My pottery is all hand thrown on a wheel. I get a lot of satisfaction creating items that other people will use and enjoy. Making mostly functional, but aesthetically beautiful pottery gives me a great deal of pleasure. Custom designs and orders are always welcome.
